Today was another chance for me to get together with friends and go on group motorcycle ride. The weather was great. It stayed pretty much in the high 80s and low 90s most of the way and we were blessed with a cool breeze. We haven’t seen one of those around here for some time now.
Anyway, it was a wonderful ride around Eagle Mountain Lake north of Ft Worth. Click on the picture and it will take you to the pictures that Karen took during the ride.
This past weekend, I was fortunate to spend the weekend with my grandkids, as well as my daughter and son-in-law. It was great to see them all. I got to attend a baseball game with Kolby, a t-ball game with Alyssa, and we celebrated Cathyrn’s 4th birthday! All in all a very good weekend. And of course, no weekend with them would be complete without pictures!

And Cathyrn was being Cathyrn. I love that she is still in the stage where she likes having her picture taken! Makes things much easier on a granddad with a camera!

If you love Star Wars and also love musicals like Phantom or Les Miserables, you just might like Star Wars: The Musical! It’s been out there on the net since around 1999 and it just goes to show what some creative people with a little too much time on their hands can really come up with when given the chance. It is really good and follows the story of Luke from the first movie, you know, Episode IV, not the last first movie which was Episode I.
